Jane’s Delicious Salmon

Sauce

  • 2/3 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp fresh dill
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Mix above ingredients until smooth.
  • Place fish (either fillets or whole salmon butterflied) on barbeque or under oven broiler.
  • Brush frequently with sauce.
  • Serve remaining sauce warm with salmon.
