77-Year Old Golfer Poses Nude
77-year-old golfer, Gary Player, recently posed nude for the 2013 ESPN The Magazine Body Issue. He decided to pose because he says, “Very few people do what I’m doing at my age. I want to show the world how fit you can be at this age and not just accept being old. You’ve got to keep moving. If you sit and watch TV on your backside all day, you’re going to die.”
Known as Mr. Fitness, he has been weight training since age 15, back when it was considered foolish for golfers. These days he continues weight training, including 1,200 sit-ups a day, concentrates on his core and is mainly vegetarian.
84 Year Old Completes 100K
Hans Behounek of Pratten, Switzerland has done it again. He completed his 25th 100k (62 Mile) Ultra at 84 years of age !
98 Year Old Creates Artwork using Microsoft Paint
Hal Lesko, who recently turned 98, spends up to 10 hours a day creating amazing artwork using Microsoft Paint, despite being partially blind.
He has always been an artist but didn’t start using a computer until he was 85. Using a computer allows him to magnify the areas he is working on and has allowed him to keep painting after he lost part of his vision to wet macular degeneration.

Aug 3- American Businesswoman Martha Stewart turned 72. She gained success through many business ventures which include, publishing, broadcasting, merchandising and electronic commerce.
